I started MailBoxInsights to share my knowledge and experience in areas of email communication that are rarely covered. Dinesh is a Microsoft Certified Engineer with over 15 years as a Senior Infrastructure Administrator in the Middle East. With certifications in Windows server, mail server management, and cloud solutions, he passionately writes about technology and offers solutions to everyday IT challenges.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive expertise in supporting users, troubleshooting Outlook problems, setting up and managing Exchange servers, and administering Office 365 tenants with hybrid mail server setups. My knowledge and skills have enabled me to address countless pain points and resolve issues that users often encounter with their email and Outlook systems.
As a tech enthusiast, I also author multiple other blogs where I write and assist users. This blog aims to publish more content related to email, Outlook, and Gmail that can cater to the readers’ needs.
